Connect your organisation's own systems to FluidTasks: Power BI and Excel, a data warehouse, an insurer's or a partner's system, without anyone signing in.
The reference and guides are for FluidTasks users: sign in with your FluidTasks account.
What the API offers
Available
Reports for Power BI and Excel
Run your organisation's published custom reports and load them as JSON or CSV. Power BI and Excel refresh them without anyone exporting a file.
Enterprise · on request
Record feeds
Policies, clients, claims, debit and credit notes, receipts and reference data as feeds, with cursors for incremental loads into a data warehouse.
Enterprise · on request
Writes
Send leads and claim notifications from a partner's system. Payment advices and quote requests wait for your staff to accept them.
Enterprise · on request
Webhooks
Signed events to your own endpoint when a policy, claim, client, debit note or receipt changes.
Your data stays yours
Every API client belongs to one organisation and can never read another's. You choose what it may do, and can revoke it at any time.
A sandbox to build against
Sandbox clients read FluidTasks' own sample organisation, so you can build and test before live access is switched on.
Standard and documented
OAuth 2.0 client credentials, JSON, and an OpenAPI 3.1 description for Postman, code generators and API tools.
Getting started
An administrator creates an API client in FluidTasks under Customisation & Integration, Integrations, API access. Record feeds, writes and webhooks come with the FluidTasks Insurance - Enterprise for Brokers plan; ask us to switch them on for your organisation.
